Healthier living and stress management is augmented by enjoying nature and being outdoors. As we look forward to fall and cooler weather we need to plan activities which will help balance our work lives with activities that can help us remember to relax and refill our personal need for calming our minds and nourishing our bodies with activities. After the vacations are over and we return to the new school year and back to routines, we tend to forget to replenish our spirits with getting back to basics. Schedule a regular time to follow the natural instincts to get and enjoy nature!
